This approval is issued by the competent authority of Canada, which authorizes E360S and any person on behalf of E360S to handle, offer for transport or transport by road, railway or vessel in Canada, batteries in a container or on a pallet with a capacity exceeding 450L, to comply with alternative means of containment requirements.


Transport Canada Equivalency Certificate SU 13432

This approval is issued by the competent authority of Canada, which authorizes E360S and participants in the battery recycling program to handle, offer for transport or transport, by road, railway or domestic vessel, batteries and cells intended for recycling or disposal in a manner that alleviates conditions pertaining to documentation and training requirements.


Transport Canada Equivalency Certificate SU 13991

This approval is issued by the competent authority of Canada to the Canadian Battery Association for use by CBA Members. This permit authorizes the transportation of Lithium Ion batteries in various states (new and used) and is used specifically by E360S for transport of used lithium ion batteries.
